2. Is this task a means or an end? (If it’s a means, what end does it serve?)
3. Is there anyone else who could do this in my place?
4. Has this task been sitting on my list for more than 48 hours untouched? If so, should I really keep it?
Do not sort for me. Challenge me.”
This prompt is deliberately designed so that Claude does nothing for me. It questions. It does not decide. The decision remains mine.
The Hermes Workflow for the Living Matrix
With Hermes, I automated the tedious part: updating the matrix. Here is the workflow:
- A Hermes agent scans my task list every morning
